Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers & Responsibility
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS as our shipping partners. Once your package is dropped off and in the possession of the selected carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped.
