Our system automatically generates shipping labels when we begin processing your order, but your products may still be in production, quality control, or awaiting packaging. Unlike large retailers that keep massive quantities of products sitting in warehouses, our skincare is crafted in small batches to ensure the freshness, quality, and performance you expect. We simply do not have the fulfillment capacity of companies like Amazon, and we appreciate your understanding as we carefully prepare every order with the attention it deserves. Business days are Monday through Friday only. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays, and those days are not count toward processing times. If your order has not shipped within 5 business days, we will automatically upgrade your shipment to FREE Next Business Day delivery as a courtesy.
