It works by drawing out excessive oil and impurities from your skin that can cause breakouts. 

Our mask contains natural ingredients such as Bentonite Clay, Salicylic Acid, Zinc and Collodial Sulfur which provide you with real results.

Directions

Apply a smooth thin layer over cleansed face, avoiding eye area.  Leave on approximately 10-15 minutes and remove with warm damp cloth.  Recommended to use weekly.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipments will be sent either USPS or FedEx. Delivery addresses for PO Boxes and APO address will be shipped via USPS.

You will receive an email confirmation that your shipment has been shipped.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, upon product return and determined eligibility, we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative item.

Refund request must be made within 30 days of order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please provide your invoice number, email address, phone number and reason for return. Please email to sheila@dermamdskincare.com or call customer service at 1-623-440-6812.

Products must have been purchased directly from the Derma MD website or our 866 number. We are not able to accept returns of products purchased off other retail outlets.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
